Mwanahamisi Hamadi is a Kiswahili news anchor and producer of the popular Mwanamke Bomba segment.

She was awarded for her efforts to empower women through Mwanamke Bomba.

Mwanahamisi also produces and hosts a health show formerly Siha na Maumbile on Thursday’s Sema na Citizen.

Her show Mapishi Time on Viusasa also has a huge following.

Mwanahamisi has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nairobi and over 10 yrs experience in journalism.
